To login and view your company’s tickets, please activate your ‘Readwiser user’ account at Freshdesk first.
You can activate the account via a link in an e-mail sent to you from Readwiser Services (RWservices).
If you have not received the activation e-email, please let your contact at Readwiser know and we will help you with the activation.
After activation, you will be able to log in and view all your company’s tickets at
https://readwiser.freshdesk.com/support/tickets
Use the filtering drop down menus (highlighted yellow in the screenshot) to narrow down the view to „Open or Pending” or „Closed/Resolved” tickets only, or simply filter by the person who submitted the ticket you are looking for.
Use the search bar (highlighted green) to filter for specific keywords
Click the ticket’s title to view details and act upon it:
reply, mark as closed or add more people to the conversation (highlighted blue – screenshot below)
